Email Inboxes #26185

Description: Email Inboxes stops working

When receiving an incoming email in the mailbox contact@polimedad.com should open a new ticket in Omnichannel. After a while this stops working. I get incoming mails but no new tickets are raised in Omnichannel. When I try to change the settings and make an entry in Admin --->Email Inboxes it gives me a Match error

in /var/log/syslog I see this : Jul 8 12:15:18 chat rocketchat[604191]: Rejecting email New entry: Contact form (ID #2061)

Hi, can you increase the verbosity of the logs in Admin > Logs and post some more logs here? It's hard to understand whats going on with that, or trying to replicate.

I'm also experiencing this problem. It seems that it has something to do with "Department". I'm not using any departments and I would get this error in the logs: Match error: Missing key 'department'

So I went to create a Department for omnichannel. But when I try to add inbox again, the only option I see in "Department" is Empty, so I can't really try by setting one

I managed to create the inbox. It turns out it's not enough to create the Department, it also has to be active (it will be inactive by default)

But I still experience this issue when trying to edit the inbox, even though the Department is set. I have to delete and recreate the inbox config if I need to change anything
