Hebrew translation missing #26246

After change the language to Hebrew, there are a lot of missing translation. I Already added the translation in the file - he.i18.json. After open this issue i want to open pull request to add my translation, if you will allow :)

I think there are a couple of translates missing generally. Take the server setting section as an example, their descriptions have not been translated. This is not only for Hebrew, a couple of other languages too. There are probably more occurrences besides this This Rocket.Chat v4.8.1 in question
