Description:

Browser/App was showing a thread, got notification about that thread, but nothing showed up until re-load or re-open. And also got notification and banner about a new message but it doesn't show up the client app sometimes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Someone send a message
2. I got notification and see badge
3. But I couldn't see the message in the client app until re-load app

• Number of Running Instances: 1
• DB Replicaset Oplog: 5.0.17 / wiredTiger (oplog Enabled)
• NodeJS Version: v14.21.3
• MongoDB Version: 5.0.17

Client Setup Information

OSX

• Desktop App: 3.9.5
• Operating System: OSX 13.4.1

Fedora

• Desktop App: 3.9.3
• Operating System: fedora 36 and 38

This happens both Linux and OSX

Relevant logs:

This is most likely client side bug. I don't see relevant logs so far.
