Rocket.chat - disappearing thread chat window

When replying to threads on Rocket.chat, the chat box and the text box disappear at random times - only a gray/black background remains (depending on whether someone has a light or dark theme).

• The problem occurs on both desktop and web apps (Screens)
• The problem occurs randomly (we did not find a relationship)
• Nothing abnormal appears on the container resources
• Sometimes reloading rocket with CTRL+R shortcut helps, and sometimes after reloading you can still see just the background.

Rocket.Chat version - 6.3.0 OS - Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS Deployment Method : docker (docker-compose) Number of Running instances: 1 MongoDB Version: 5.0

@zidex We also just upgraded and seem to run into this issue. Network log shows a lot of 429 on /api/v1/users.presence and sometimes the panel loads, sometimes it does not. How can we address this with rate limit settings?

Also, should this be considered related to #30842 ?
