Microphone icon is not visible in livechat widget #30358

Description:

I inserted the omnichannel script in a web page, but the microphone icon is not visible in the widget as seen in the below image:

The microphone is seen by the agents as in the below image, and they can send audio message to guest users on the web page widget, but the reverse is not possible:

Is this issue about the livechat mic icon feature fixed on version 6.5?

I'd like to see the microphone icon to the livechat feature. Please confirm if this feature is available in the latest version (6.5 or 6.6), or suggest how it might be implemented. This addition would make it much easier for users to interact with projects that involve voice communication.

I need to know if Rocketchat Livechat Widget will have the microphone button enabled. I believe this is a necessary feature to receive audio from users. I am working on with this communication solution. In previous versions, the button was enabled, but now it doesn't appear. Could you please confirm if this functionality is currently available or if there are any plans to introduce it in the near future?

Have you any updates on the mic icon enebled in Live Chat on the current RocketChat version 6.7.1 or the upcoming version 6.8?
