Sent Files cannot be opened from Desktop App #30737

Cannot open files with rocket chat desktop app. On mobile it is okay.

Description:

it shows: Access to rocket.selfip.com was denied You don't have authorization to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403

same here, win 11 too. ubuntu 22.4 on server

same problem Rocket.Chat Server: 6.3.10 Desktop app: 3.9.9

We have exactly the same problem. Unfortunately, she is being ignored.

Each user needs to be explained that they need to press "cloud"

This seems to be resolved in version 6.5.0
