Rocket.Chat service starts but does not listen on port 3000 #30795

Description:

Until version 6.4.1 I had no problem. I built and run the package following the below command sequence:

yarn install yarn build cd apps/meteor meteor build /home/admin --architecture os.linux.x86_64 cd /opt cp /home/admin/meteor.tar.gz . tar -xzf meteor.tar.gz cd bundle/programs/server yarn install

From version 6.4.2 till the latest version (6.4.4) I do not receive any error message. The service starts, but it does not listen on any port (including 3000). The SERVER RUNNING banner does not shown. I mean the below one:

Seems like duplicate to mine #30794 Excepting that I deploy RC using Docker

same issue. Builds work in 6.3.x 6.4.x they don't work. Same issue with yarn dsv as well. node starts but server start up never completes.

I manged to download the 6.4.8 version source files, and build it as mentioned in the main comment. It is working.

I do not know what was the problem in previous versions.

I am still seeing the same issue with 6.4.8. No difference.

On version 6.5.0, again I got some errors during build process. Then I used:

git clone https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.git Rocket.Chat-6.5.0

to download the source code to Rocket.Chat-6.5.0 folder, and used "git checkout 6.5.0" to select this version instead of develop branch.

The problem was solved.
