".internal" websites are not rendered #32688

Description:

When sending a website that ends with ".internal" extension, it doesn't get rendered, it is sent as a clear text msg (not Hyperlink/clickable)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to any chat
  2. send a message containing an actual website that ends with ".internal"

Expected behavior:

I expect it to be rendered, to turn to a clickable Hyperlink

Actual behavior:

The message containing the ".internal" website isn't rendered and is sent as a clear text message. image

I have raised it with the team but like any large project, there are competing priorities.

Do you have Pro or EE subscription? If you do you can open a ticket.

If not, this is open source....
