Livechat Video starts for agent but not guest #6529

I've tested this on a few different browsers and mac machines - looks like its a bug.

Basically, when Livechat Video is enabled (Administration > Livechat) the video icon shows in the Livechat widget and a guest can click on it to commence a call, the agent is notified that they have started a video session but when the agent clicks to join they can't see the guest, only their own camera.

Also, the guest never sees themself or the agent through the widget - see attached for both sides of the story.

Is this related to https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/issues/6516 ?

I've got the same problem. And if you invite from a agent to a guest, the guest will see a blank space.

No one else has this problem? I'm surprised more people haven't chimed in on this if its a bug...

We seem to be encountering a similar issue, but not quite the same as this. #17144
