URL Preview Parser fails to parse URL containing – #8923

If someone paste a URL containing a – , then all the text up to the – sign will be interpreted

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Paste the following URL https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black–Scholes_mode

Expected behavior:

Whole URL to be processed.

Actual behavior:

The text up to the – sign will only be interpreted , not the whole URL
