To support Libreoffice document #162

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I can't attach any type of libreoffice doc from my laptop to any RocketChat message. Here are different type of libreoffice doc format: application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.text, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.text-template, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.text-master, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.spreadsheet, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.spreadsheet-template, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.chart, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.presentation, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.presentation-template, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.graphics, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.graphics-template, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.formula, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.database, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.image,

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to attach a libreoffice document in a discussion the same way as for another office doc (pdf, docx...): I clik on +, select the file on the computer as for any other supported file.

Describe alternatives you've considered I've considered using a link to the file uploaded in another system like framadrop for example

I can see a case here for say a clickable/checkboxed list of valid file types rather than just the current list in a text box that is not easy to edit when it gets long

If M$ docs are allowed by default I can't see why Libre ones should not be.
