Feature Request: Allow < > ignore opengraph links #210

This is a behavior in discord, where you can embed a http link with < > wrapped to imply you want it to display without the opengraph card data below the message. E.g.:

Would be handy to add it in.

Unsure if server has an opt-out in channels for opengraph links as well. They can be cumbersome from some locations.

On further inspection, I think these are better suited for the https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.Electron repository. Let me know if I should close & create.
