Ability to add contacts and make directory private #270

I want to allow users to add contacts to their directory. User should only be able to chat with those users who are in their directory. In other words, contact list.

Currently users can see all users on the server and start a discussion or send direct messages to them.

If I had to give you an example of what is in my mind, so I would give you example of Skype, Whatsapp, viber etc where people have a contact list. Not exactly, but something similar. They chat and see only those who are in their contact list.

The directory itself should not be public. Every user should have his own directory/contact list.
