Enabling Chat content to be indexed by conventional search engines (Google and others...) #35

This evolved from our discussions with the Discourse team.

As a leader in this space, define and implement "standard format" and technology that enable indexing of chat contents by conventional search engine - working from Google down the chain.

General idea is to generated the following mapping, and make it immediately digestible by current search engine technology :

[ keywords 1, keywords 2 , keywords 3 ......] -> URL link to chat message

This will benefit the entire sector.

Even something as simple as being able to have the contents of public channels available read-only via the web would work for Hyperledger.
