Do Not Disturb hours feature #440

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Push notifications outside of business hours can bother users at home

Describe the solution you'd like In user settings in Notifications section should be a optional feature of Work Hours with schedule when all notifications are sent or opposite Do Not Disturb schedule when all notifications (or maybe only push) shouldn't be send.

Describe alternatives you've considered Slack have thatDo Not Disturb hours feature

Additional context That feature must be per user and optional - user must decide if he need that notifications outside of business hours or need to mute them when at home.

As workaround for that functionality users can set Busy (red dot) status - that leads to disable desktop and push notifications, which is pretty same as Do Not Disturb hours feature does, but with manual setup.

I'm wrong here about push notifications - they don't stop working. @diegolmello Diego, for consistency, maybe it's good to disable push notifications if user status is Busy? Desktop notifications are muted in that case.
