Add manage notification preferences in emails #459

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

RocketChat is sending notifications by email to people. Sometimes people don't understand how to tune RocketChat notifications. And when they don't want to receive notifications anymore, they just hit the "spam" button.

As a small provider, this is frustrating, as we are marked as spam by microsoft. And it is the second time today that I receive a report from Microsoft to tell me that a RocketChat notification was marked as spam.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a link to the notification center.

For instance, this is how it looks like in a slack email notification:

Manage your notifications Snooze them for                       an hour,                        eight hours,                        a day,                      three days, or                      the next week.                      Or, turn email notifications off. For more detailed preferences, see your account page.

If you like the idea, I can already start by making a PR that would add a link to the notification center to each notification email sent? This would be a good start.

Thanks for posting this. I understand your pain ;-)

Often the biggest pain point is the first mail that gets junked automatically!!

I'll check your suggestion with devs and let you know soonest.

Hi Pierre, I finally managed to find out.

This is already on the roadmap for Q4 so I hope you'll be seeing it before too long!

@johncrisp do you have news on that?

I analysed my mail logs today on my server, because I saw some spams.

And we have newsletters, personal emails, and transactional emails like from discourse and Nextcloud. The only messages marked as spam are from RocketChat.

I'll try to change the footer on some of the biggest sender instances, and see how it goes, but I'm quiet sure it will be better.
