Improvement Avatar for Channel #507

Description:

Replicate the user avatar update functionality to the channel as well, giving the ability to upload a url from which to pull the image. Add in the rest calls also this possibility replicating the rest service /api/v1/users.setAvatar for example /api/v1/groups.setAvatar or setIcon.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. NA

Expected behavior:

See in the channel info interface for the avatar the same portion present in the user edit interface a instead of b
