[Add ] Threaded conversations in read-only channels #558

Create option in read-only channels so that users can reply in thread if the owner wishes.

Currently a read-only channel does not allow users to reply to messages posted by the owner.

This feature would also be useful on a broadcast channel.

I strongly support this feature request, we have been asked by customers for this possibility, especially in boadcast channels.
