Feature Request: Display common buttons on messages automatically on mouse roll-over #612

Currently in the web/desktop app UI, there is a 2-click operation for every action on a message. Suggest automatically displaying a subset of action buttons by default on mouse-over. See below screen capture from slack client. Suggest the following for 1-click:

Star message
Reply to message
Reaction
Permalink (optional)
(obviously the gear, for the rest)
