So I had put a PR in to add optional dependency flag which was merged into migration, but this was not merged back to master. I suggest that this is merged to master and chart version changed to 3.0.2
We now have a new PR directly against master which further updates but they are breaking so creator updated chart to 3.1.0. https://github.com/RocketChat/helm-charts/pull/9
