.tgz file for 3.1.0 has a weird `aaaa` file inside #25

Just happened to pull the chart for 3.1.0 and noticed there is a weird file named aaaa in the root of the chart tgz. It appears to be some sort of json with binary rubbish, but I guess it should not be there.
