Prepare to publish it in NPM #19

Prepare for publishing this as NPM package.

Started a new package on NPM https://www.npmjs.com/package/hubot-natural Still it isn't possible to add it as an external script to be used as a simple hubot package, somethings need to be redesigned for this to work.
