This PR starts a new phase in HubotNatural development, please give some attention.

It takes out all coffeescript files and replaces them for Javascript EC2015 files. That's right, from now on, no more coffeescript. And of course, welcome to ASYNC/AWAIT.

It also upgrades Hubot to v3.0.1, Rocket.Chat adapter to 2.0.0 (with async, thanks @timkinnane), upgrades the docker image to node:8-alpine, and finally gives a better package.json info.

Still missing:

• [ ] Better README.md with animated gifs and syntax update
• [ ] Update YAML files with new syntax
• [ ] CI scripts to generate new rocketchat/hubot-natural:latest docker images and releases
