Mc.docs update #1140

Brief Description

some storybook house cleaning

Removed all the svelte stuff
Moved frameworks to their own nav group for better visibility
Created a core concepts page. added some more details on using slots. will flesh out the other APIs later.
Reworked getting started. added links to themes
