Brief Description

Refactors the remaining tests to use playwright stencil. https://github.com/RocketCommunicationsInc/astro/pull/951 should be merged before this one.

I ran into a snag with rux-select, I couldn't get it to target an option to click but didn't want that to block getting this PR up. I didn't touch the timeline tests.
