Always RX except when shooting #5

Sometimes when shooting the signal wasn't getting picked up. This change makes the game more responsive by always trying to RX the signal except when the user is actively shooting.

Crap -- This introduces a bug on the second game. Please don't merge yet.

Okay, I added the fix to free the IR object if it was previously allocated. Sorry about not catching that in my testing. I promise to play more next time. :)
