When OrganizationURI cannot be found, the error is not reported correctly #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a correct DiscoveryURI
2. Use an invalid OrganizationUniqueName
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Message should be "Could not find OrganizationService URI for the Organization 
<xxx>"
Instead, we get a notice reporting using of an invalid variable.
