chore(app): update tslint to match lib prefix #15

Currently tslint.json from the library was left untouched. Now it matches the prefix provided in angular.json.

@flore2003 we should merge this one first, it has the fixes for the library prefix stuff we depend on other PR, I am currently rebasing on to this branch
