My server is dumb and it crashed cuz too many plugins, took all the ram away, but pretty sure this doesnt change anything

Describe The Problem

Is it possible to change the item after executing the command in it? I am making a player hider but the other plugin doesn't support worlds and kind of bugs my lobby plugin and the only fix is delaying the time to give me the item. What I want to do is have a lime dye if the players are shown and a gray dye if players are hidden. Is this possible?
