Cannot find/download K50_scrambles_for_STEP3.csv #7

Hi,

I was running the file "STEP3_run.ipynb" in the folder "Pipeline_K50_dG", but I cannot find the csv file "K50_scrambles_for_STEP3.csv" either in this directory or in "https://zenodo.org/records/7844779". I downloaded the file "Pipeline_K50_dG.zip" but cannot find it neither.

Did I miss anything?

Hi,

I found the file in the first version "https://zenodo.org/records/7401275". Please update/include the csv file in the zip file in the latest version. Thanks.
