Web service from Eclipse Java WTP does not working with as3webservice #7

Only .net style webservice is working with the library.

Java Soap1.2 - 1.1 based web service does not recognized.
I dunno what can cause the problem

I've corrected this for Java SOAP 1.2 - will be committing shortly. 2 files 
need modification.
