Fixes to HTD Creation Wizard #3

There are multiple options, when we create a .htd.
But a typical htd developer always start with "Business Interaction", parent 
element. So what we can do is to avoid all options and just create a EMF model 
with "Business Interaction" parent element.

ht namespace should be fixed to use correct one.
