A mess of our first tasks to solve

[ ] links to important projects

[x] port over issue templates from old rockz project (@ErezBinyamin)
[x] Find businesses/websites that advertise well with a similar business model and goal (selling services and goods to engineers) (@ErezBinyamin, @BarakBinyamin), add info to admin/research/research.md. Ex. Rugged info, Texas Instruments
