Make RTL/LTR switching sync properly when using realtime collaboration #194

The redirection that adds the 'rtl' query parameter isn't interacting well with 
the urls that are generated by the realtime collab code.  The correct urls need 
to look something like:

http://myhost.com/static/tests/playground.html?rtl#fileIds=1BlahBlah&userId=1234
