API | Get User Gooses

As a user i want to get all the gooses that a user has So that i can list them

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] The response must be in JSON format
• [x] The returned gooses must contain id and name
• [x] An error is returned if the user does not exist
• [x] An empty list is returned if the user has no gooses
