Allow B (trigger) button to cancel out of menus #12

You should be able to back out out menus without having to select an option.

On Wii games this is usually the B (trigger) button. Please enable this so you
can cancel out of menus without having to select an option.

There is already a button to back out menus: the 1 button on wiimote, x and y
on classic controler

In v7 also the B button cancels out the menu.

I've noticed that sometimes the B button will go straight back to the emulation
instead of the previous menu.

I really think the user should only be returned to emulation when pressing B in
the case of there being no previous menu, and also via the Home button even if
there was a previous menu.

This is a good idea, but requires some time to implement since I have to modify
many code lines.

Now the B and 2 buttons go to the previous menu. Moreover the user returns to
emulation in some menus (save, reset, load poke, etc.) where I considered it is
useful.
