Tape shortcuts in virtual keyboard

Another suggestion: Since tape loading is supposed to be a fluid process just 
like typing, there could be shortcuts for the tape functions in the virtual 
keyboard.

For this, I've made a mockup of a new keyboard in the same style as the curent 
one, only with the tape keys included and a few alterations to make it more 
user friendly. Compared to the current virtual keyboard size, it only adds the 
height of another row, so it would still fit on the screen.

In case the screen looks a bit cramped, another possibility would be being able 
to switch between virtual keyboard/joystick/tape just by adding a couple of 
buttons.

This would allow to add an easy way of activating other devices like the Gun 
Stick in the future.

Here's a new version that also differentiates the other "special keys" from the 
letters, for faster identifying.
