"Custom" joystick #41

I think it would be quite handy having a "Custom" joystick that you could have 
available for those games without joystick support.

That way, you could have the "Custom joystick" configured with "O P Q A SPACE" 
and switch to it for some old games without having to reconfigure the wiimote 
keys.

I'd also remove the "Use joypad as joystick" option since you can already map 
joystick directions to anywhere in the Wiimote, so it's now kind of redundant.

Adding a "O P Q A SPACE" is a good idea.

It is not worth removing the "Use joypad as joystick" option you do not need to 
reconfigure the yoypad button.

In issue 29 you can find the new dol file with "O P Q A SPACE" joystick.
