Loading schemes that don't work #44

These don't work under any configuration:

-Extreme
-Road Blasters

Extreme: speed lock 7
Last ninja2 : speed lock 7
Road Blaster: speed lock 4 or 5

I believe that speed lock 6 and 7 games do not work at all.
With Speed lock 4 and 5 some games work and some games do not.

This is an odd one: This version of Tai-Pan 128K won't load even when disabling 
"instant load". It will hang as soon as the long turbo block starts loading.

I've tested it in other emus (Spectaculator and RealSpectrum) and it works. 
Curiously, another TZX file of Tai-Pan 128K with the same loading scheme does 
work in fbzx-wii.

All these games are properly loaded with v10.2
