Limelight renamed to moonlight #1

This isn't a real issue but recently Limelight got renamed to Moonlight. Maybe to prevent confusion you should update the naming here too?

Thanks for notifying, at least I updated the instructions at http://embedded-software-architecture.com/?page_id=140 . When I find some time I should update the github content too, you're right :)
