Bid Interface - can't enter bid

One of my members can't see a bid option in the bid window. It seems like the Interface itself is in a wrong position, see the screenshot below.

He reinstalled the addon and i checked the Bidinterface.lua - everything seems fine. WoWScrnShot_050120_221813

Alright, he deleted his WTF Ordner and it now it seems to work...
