Doesn't work in VMWare fusion #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open VMware fusion
2. Create new virtual machine (Other/Other)
3. Add floppy pointing to fda.img image

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect System up and running, but black screen see.
