Create bookmarking system

* Multiple bookmarks per file?
* single location of bookmark files?
* views - bookmarks for now playing - all bookmarks.

Will allow multiple bookmarks per file.  Exists in bookmark directory on client
machine.  Each bookmark is a file(filename_time).  Contents of file are the 
full mpd
path of the file and the seek position.
