Merge in changes submitted by Michael.  With that a new item needs to be
added to the plBrowser to add all songs...

Merged in changes, with the following exceptions...

1. Took add all songs off of main menu, exists in pl browser now
2. clear pl before adding all
3. removed the added calls to turn off random mode when creating new pl or 
creating
random pl(we let the user turn it off it they want.
