case sensitivity on jpg...fix or update readme

Just modified readme....to say lowercase.  It could obviously be modified, but 
we're
already checking quite a few files and this would double it...probably not that 
big
of deal, but I don't want to slow down the album art too much...will revisit if 
more
requests made...
