Need to update all old skins to the new skinning system.  Also add at least one 
more
new graphical theme along with a large font "in-car" theme.

Not sure if I fixed the original issue, but did update all themes to work with 
the
new code and added a few new themes.  Will reopen if it's still and issue in 
spacing...
