Implement Album Art. Design pending...possibly...

If running locally...
* Pull from id3 tag if available
* Look for SONG_NAME.jpg in curDir
* look for AlbumArt.jpg in curDir
* look for *.jpg in curDir
* load default image

Hooks in, threaded load, default image, still need to run down various load 
options..

Done.  Possibly add more filename or id3tag support in future..
