Volume too loud #40

The lowest possible volume setting is still too loud!

I believe this is f200 specific?  I will be getting an f200 shortly(I've 
actually be
gp2x-less for a few months now, thus no updates) and will get this resolved.

Lowered hardware volume as low as it could go and it was still too loud IHO, so 
I put
in an option to use Software volume with mpd. Seems to work well and with great
volume control for headphones.
