At the very least create better looking simple skin.  Probably add image
support to the skins also.

Only adding simple skin support to begin with.  Need the following

 * background color/font color/curitem color for each section inc/popups
 * border color popups

All color pieces in place.  Need to create dig_it theme and call it good...
