[Option] to disable auto play #27

Once the game is mounted users may want to enable / disable CFW settings before playing online.

Thanks @jimbob4000, I like this idea!

NOTE TO SELF: This could be done by adding an option or tickbox in the webMan Classics Maker GUI during build that adds/removes the last /play -command before pushing the build button
